Returns Policy

🔄 Return Duration
You have the right to request a return or replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

📦 Returned Product Status
The product must be returned in its original packaging, without traces of use or wear, along with all accessories (labels, certificates, instructions).

⚠️ Exceptions
Returns are not accepted on products that have been cut or otherwise processed to order (e.g. custom dimensions, specially processed handmade rugs).

📞 Return Process

  1. Contact us by phone (2310 773537) or by email (info@drossos-carpets.gr) within 14 days, stating the order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive shipping instructions and a return label.

  3. Send the product with the shipping method of your choice – return costs are borne by us only if a technical error is due to our fault.

💰 Refund
After checking the product, the refund will be made within 7 business days to the same payment method you used or by depositing the amount into your bank account.
